Circumstances don't make a man, they reveal him.

Reginald Burks grew up on the streets of Detroit and life wasn't easy. He knew he wanted a better life for himself and he rose above his circumstances, becoming a father figure for his brothers and sisters and raising three children of his own with his wife and high school sweetheart. He held down three jobs, provided for his family and moved to Pontiac, Mi. The events that unfolded April 24, 2010 would forever change his life and we hope will one day change Detroit as well. THIS IS THE STORY OF HOW A MAN BECAME THE LEGEND.
